Internet Etiquette: Your Action's Speak Louder Than Word's!
Online (Internet) Etiquette, it sounds so stuffy and formal.
What is it & why do we need it? Well, this article will layout some of the good and bad thing that occur on the net on a daily basis.
Some, you probably know about and others may be new to you. Either way, if you do your best to follow them, I guarantee your online experience will be more enjoyable for it.
In today's "Politically Correct" World, good manners are a must when Marketing on the Net! Here's a fun look at "Internet Etiquette" that will help keep readers coming back for more!
DO'S and Dont's:
Do - Try and return all emails in a timely fashion and include your name and contact info on your website
When selling a product or service, send a short email acknowledging the sale, thanking the customer and explaining deliver of product
Have a separate, professional email address for conducting business. (your email address can equate to an online version of a first impression)
Update your website on a regular basis. If you don't care about it, why should anyone else?

Make sure you spell check your information before you put it up on the web.
Don't - send messages in all capital letters, it's the internet version of yelling!
Use excessive highlighting and a lot of unnecessary bold copy. Once again, YOU'RE YELLING!
When building your web page, stay away from light color text on a dark background. (It's really hard to read and most people won't even try)
