Colour Spy 1.5, by SIlver Age Software, is a free tool that easily pick's the exact RGB Hex Color Code from any window of the screen and place it on clipboard to access from any HTML or graphics editor. That way, you can match backgrounds, logo corporate colors, ect., even if the color swatch is not available in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Paintshop Pro, or your favorite graphics or web page building program.
