as we go about the business of building websites for others as well as our own personal use, inevidably, the disclaimer question will present itself.

"Do I need one?.., where do I get one?.., what information do I need to supply?..."

We'll here's something I found that just might help. The good folks over at www.prioritydigital.com offer a variety of internet security software and they also offer free utilities that include, button makers, popup generators and a couple that will help you CYA when launching a new product or report. How about a site disclaimer and privacy policy generator!

That's right, all you have to do is answer a few questions and the software will generate your website disclaimer and/or privacy policy for you for free!

Of course, you use it at your own risk and they even have their own *Disclaimer's disclaimer", but it's good enough to get you started.
